Connecticut Supreme Court re-confirms attorney Sussman to position as Attorney Trial Referree (ATR):  This will be attorney Sussman's third term serving as a "part-time judge" at the Superior Court level.  He will continue to serve in the Ansonia-Milford judicial district.
