I help you protect what most needs protecting: your family, your business, your future.

I endeavor to provide effective, efficient, economical legal representation in the areas of Wills, Trusts, Probate and Estate Administration, and Small Business Law.

The initial consultation is ALWAYS free.

I DO make house (or office) calls.

Evening appointments ARE available.

NEW OFFICE POLICY:  In keeping with my advocacy on behalf of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, at any appointment that is without charge (such as initial consultations or follow-up meetings), a voluntary contribution to the MS Society will be requested.  Whether or not to donate, and the amount of said donation, is left entirely to the discretion of the individual, and is not, in any way, connected to the providing of legal advice, opinions, or assistance.  At the end of each calendar year, all such donations will be combined, and sent to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society (Connecticut Chapter).  At that time, a notice will be posted on this website as to the amount of said complete donation.

Thank you to all who donated in FY2009 - the MS Society received $500.00,

FY 2010 donations to date (starting 10/1/10): $765.00.
